What does it do to a guy to be this adored for 20 years? I guess you need that kind of confidence to release a $600 phone with a straight face.
Imagine looking back 20 years from now and smiling at the primitive devices we're all so enamored with today. No doubt Jobs will still be shining that shit-eating smirk to a room full of frothing fanboys.
Or, maybe the machines will simply cast a cold stare at this footage as they're digging through the rubble.
OMG! MacWorld '07 is coming! Bootlicking Apple geeks everywhere are crapping their pants in anticipation (ok, including me).
- Things we know are coming: iPhone, iTv, and a likely storage upgrade for the iPod line (12gig Nano?).
- Things we don't know: anything else.
Jobs is famous for keeping secrets and using MacWorld to blow his wad. People have come to expect big things from this event (i.e. iTunes 7 doesn't cut it). We will see. From the looks of the teaser on apple.com, maybe even a logo change? ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! I'm freaking out. MacWorld will be in SF this year and goes on Jan. 8-12.
